Did not appreciate the contemporary church service. People have no sense of reverence in the sanctuary (if I can call it that way). All, including the pastor, dress casual like going to a club. Someone below mentioned that "there is no judgment there" I agree, everyone feels good about themselves. We are good SDA's nothing to fear on the JUDGEMENT DAY... I believe that contemporary music service does not bring the souls closer to God rather it elevates our emotions to a state where the still, small voice of the Holy Spirit cannot be heard. It seams that many SDA churches are trying to keep its members by not stepping on their toes. When churches stop using the hymnal, stop kneeling down for prayer and the pastor preaches in casual clothes in the "sanctuary with disco lightening" then it becomes a community center not a house of prayer. Want to know why membership numbers are going down? The church has nothing to offer other than social gatherings and Zootopia cartoons on Sabbath. Let's teach children about Jesus with cartoons.. Why not? It's very easy...Shame.

When i attended this church I did not feel welcomed at all. When i first came into the church I came into the North facing doors looking for the restroom because I attended the church before during a funeral. As i was looking for the bathroom I could not find anyone around, so finally a older lady came out and i asked her where i could find a restroom. She pointed it out and went about her way. She was friendly and smiled like she actually cared to know who I was but did not ask who I was. I then proceeded to look for a classroom in that castle of a church. So as I was walking a lady said Hi. I did not eve know she was talking to me. I had to look over and even when i did so she said so in a shy way with her 3 kids. I was like hi and walked over to the information desk. That guy was pretty nice he showed me where most of the classes were and directed to a class he usually attends. The Sabbath School class was interesting. Most of the people in that class were pretty friendly although I think i talked to only 4 out of the 12. When i walked to the Sanctuary i was greeted by no one. During Church service i sat in the back hoping to be greeted by someone. So i found the person closest to meet and greeted them myself. Very good worship Team. The pastor was full of energy but his content and message was very poor. I felt as if he read the sermon the whole time and the sound booth did not dude a good job with whatever feedback was coming from the PA system. Even when i left no one even said Goodbye or thanks for coming. I felt invisible. I can say that before i left there was this one guy who talked to me about herbs for a good 30 minutes. He was a bit weird but all and all he was cool to talk to.

  • The courtyard and sanctuary are beautiful. The church that meets there 10am on Sunday is very friendly and family oriented.

  • Life Source is a church that directly teaches from the bible . They are uplifting and cares about everyone on earth... no matter what race or color. Our pastor loves Jesus and portrays it through his life. Lifesource sends out workers to give bible studies. This is a church that follows the bible commandments 100% not tridation. Come visit our church and experience the Love of God.
