  What a joke of a company. They have a problem paying people. Every review is pretty much accurate

  Rob & Marilee are HORRIBLE PEOPLE
  *STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS*
  Client told me that sanding , scraping all prep. of a large 8'x4' table & 2 benches 8'x2' and repair of one bench, And refinishing with oil based polyurethane 3 coats would take less than 3 hours.
  I explained that the prep alone will take more than 3 hours. And that my hourly rate is $30/hr. Client agreed. Prep. took 4 hours. I showed Rob a progress report after 6.5 hours work. Everything seems fine. No complaints.
  I arrive next day to finish. I am treated rudely by Marilee. She watches me work for 2 hours, then denys that I worked for 2 hours. Complained about the price of materials. Acted like they weren't going to pay for anything. Acted like they had no money.
  These are the owners of Mile High Real Estate. Boulder CO
  Client was unavailable and avoided me on final day. Total lack of communication from client. Tried to avoid me and drove off while I was waiting in front of residence to present invoice and explain cost of materials and get paid. Marilee drives up, drops off her child, and speeds away. I am aghast. What? I ask where she went. Her boy & nanny say that they don't know. I am now very concerned. I am allowed to wait at the kitchen table. Then am informed that Rob is home. Ok can you let him know that I am waiting?
  So Rob is informed. He does not put in an appearance. Instead he calls his wife, Marilee. Who comes home in a near Rage. Very confusing to me. This lady has wasted much of my time that I did not charge for. I was very polite and reasonable.
  Marilee was very combative. Telling me that I said things that I never said. Yelling at me outside because she didn't want her children to witness her bad behavior. Terrible experience. I ended up giving a $70 Discount to get away from such an Unpleasant person.
  Worst Client experience Ever!
  I was honest and upfront and got abusive behavior in return.
