  Monarch Society was very helpful when my grandmother passed away. She had pre-arranged her cremation ahead of time and the staff made us do very little. They are an honest company who really took good care of our family.

  Monarch Society is a great business doing a sad chore. We feel they offered a great value and wonderful service in a caring manner. You can't ask for more.

  My mother pre-paid for her services with Monarch. She told everyone in the family for years her plans and that she had pre-paid. When I found out from doctors she was going to die I called Monarch, they looked her up and said to call when it happened. I did, They cremated her then later billed me. I was not going to pay these people twice and could not afford to do so. I could not find documents from my mother paying many years before – so Monarch sued me. Terrible experience, why would anyone lie about a matter like this? Horrible company be very, very careful.

  I lost my Son in October to suicide. Reanne was so compassionate and professional. When I saw my Son for the first time since his death, he looked so at peace. I can't thank the Monarch Society enough for taking such great care of my Son. I highly recommend anyone who has to go through such a devastating loss, check out the Monarch Society.

  I met with 7 different funeral homes and decided to go with Monarch Society for my mom's cremation. All the employees went above and beyond what was required of them. Every staff member I worked with was compassionate, patient and informative. Deciding to go with Monarch was the best decision we made.
